Jose Perez had always dreamed of having his own restaurant in bethlehem. After having completed his culinary training in the Mexican restaurant Viva, he finally took the chance, and opened his own restaurant.

Jose bought a store on 720 main st and remodeled the place in painstaking detail. What was important to him was to combine restaurant operations with a live music establishment. To be able to do this, the stage had to be perfectly integrated into the restaurant's design. Quickly, this stage became the true center of the restaurant, and many artists used it to entertain our guests.
 
The stage at our restaurant have become an institution in bethlehem. The music and its old sounds as well as the delicious food make for a very special experience at mexico lindo restaurant.
